Lankan Style Tuna Curried Pasta

500g pasta cooked to packet instructions
1 can of chopped tomato (400g)
1 can of tuna (400g) drained
1 medium onion chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Sri Lankan curry powder (Thuna Paha)
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 sprig of curry leaves
3 -4 tbs tomato sauce
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add ginger, garlic and curry leaves. When turned golden in colour add chilli powder, curry powder and tuna. Mix well and add can of tomato, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix through cooked pasta, tomato sauce and add salt to taste. Serve hot.
